About Remote Support:

  • Our Remote Support utility is a single executable that does not install on your machine. Once downloaded and run, a unique ID and Password is generated which you must then let your technician know in order to start the secured session.  This is a single instance and must be repeated for each remote support session.

  • Any information submitted is for invoicing and newsletter purpose only. We WILL NOT sell or distribute this information. ALL information is encrypted during transit (256bit encrypted connection).

  • Payment is required at the end of the session (unless directed otherwise).
